At Relatable, we want you to love every piece you wear, so we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags attached. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, we are here to make your exchange or refund as simple as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
